A typical Wellington multipurpose scaffolding for roof edge protection, wood repairs and painting of weatherboards, balustrades, soffits and windows. The site in parts was very narrow and had a long steep access.

This delicate scaffolding work required the team to base out under water and to continue erecting the scaffolding from within the pool to set up the working platform for restoring the artwork on the pool wall.

All scaffolding work had to be arranged around opening times and public traffic. iScaff made sure that the restaurant operation was as minimal inflicted by the scaffolding as possible.

A temporary roof was installed to enable a full shrink wrap over the house for asbestos removal and installation of a new roof.

The house was completely wrapped for major renovation works and building of an addition. This was in an extra high wind zone which required an engineered scaffolding structure with extra heavy weights.
